As a counsellor, I offer support and guidance for a wide range of issues, including ADHD, anger management, anxiety, autism, abuse, bereavement, bullying, co-dependency, coping skills, depression, dissociative disorders (DID), domestic abuse, eating disorders, emotional abuse, family conflict, grief and loss, loneliness, low self-confidence/self-esteem, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), passive-aggressive behaviour, peer relationships, relationship issues, seasonal affective disorder (SAD), self-harming, sexual abuse, stress, suicidal ideation, and trauma and PTSD. I provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and work with you to develop strategies and skills to help you manage your challenges and make positive changes in your life.

I am mindful that every individual is unique and so are their needs. I work Psychodynamically which means helping you to understand your emotions. I am passionate in exploring the most important relationship which is with ourselves. We will explore childhood development patterns and how this has been carried through to all your past/present relationships. As a result, identifying the common pitfalls that has led to an imbalanced emotional state of being. Rebuilding that self-awareness by exploring many coping strategies for authentic transformation to take place.
